Monday I met with some group members at 8pm, after my classes, to talk about a project we had to make and present about Saints.
Tuesday I met with my Hispanoamerican Culture teacher in the afternoon to talk about earning the extra 5 hours I need for school (turns out I need to write yet ANOTHER essay...). After classes there is usually a bunch of us who finish at the same time, and so I finally remembered to ask Halee about her nose piercing, which I really like. I know she got it done here, but always forgot to ask her. SO, I was talking to her about it when Amelia decided I should just go and get it done NOW. She was thinking of getting her nose done too, and Halee was willing to take us to the place she went. Amelia said she would spot me the cash and everything. So we ran by API to pick up some stuff for Amelia, and then off we went to get holes poked in ourselves... Turns out that Amelia chickened out, so I changed my mind and got another piercing in my ear (which I've been thinking about getting for a long time). I figure that if she ever REALLY decides got get her nose done, we can get it together. :)
On Wednesday Ben asked me if I wanted to go with him this weekend to Morocco. Just for fun. He was going anyways, and didn't have anyone to travel with... so I told him I would think about it. After talking to my host mom about it that evening, I called him back and said yes, I would join him. Just a week of spontaneousness for me!! It means that I miss the fudge making that was supposed to be happening with Sean Friday morning at API, and the Flamenco show hosted by API in the evening. Oh well!
